When does my order ship?

On regular days, processing usually takes about 24 hours. However, during peak seasons like Christmas and Mid-Year Sales, processing may take between 24 to 48 hours.

How long will my order take to arrive?

NSW, VIC, QLD Metro Areas: 1–3 business days
All Other States & Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

International Orders

At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand. We're hoping to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!

My order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it. What’s up?
